the facility is aged but the service/food is great. It would bring the hotel to higher notch if they renovate the bath room and add free internet in everyroom since whole Taipei city is Wifi.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable because the mattress is old and too soft. My husband has back problem and he couldn't sleep well. I found it difficult to sleep as well.

The easy access from the airport via the airport shuttle (45 mins), 5 min walk to and fro the Taipei MRT Banaan Line and Sogo departmental store.

everything good but concierge staff have black face when i paid hkd10 tips, may be HKD is not good for them or hkd10 is too little....anyway, i think they can say thank you instead let customer feel uncomfortable.
