cleanliness is acceptable, just that i never liked carpeted floors. there's bathtub with separated shower room and toilet. after adding an extra bed, there's still enough room for luggages and coffee table. overall, not bad.

good location, well-equipped room!

hotel provide l'occitane toiletries! well furnished and clean! will definitely go back if I go Taipei! Breakfast was simple but nice.
Restaurant Tip:
Toilet theme restaurant is just streets away. Nothing fantastic about the food though.

Visually pleasing staff :-)... They just have set a certain criteria in staff selection as they are all quite good lookers. Breakfast table was cleared with staff dressed in their own casuals..... Other than the staff, the breakfast itself is really nice and cosy. Room is a bit small but they have the brand L'occitane for toiletries! The toilet in our room looks out to the street just down below though they have dark curtains to hide your modesty! Great access to Ximending too so can shop till late.

good location & cosy room with lovely interiors, most important its clean.Great location for shopping, eating and easy walk to MRT to get around to other parts of the city. Would definately stay there again.

Very modern and new hotel. Location is very convenient, near a lot of shops and restaurants. Room is comfortable but rather small to accomodate 2 luggages. Service staff is prompt but lack personal touch.

Very modern and new hotel. Location is very convenient, near a lot of shops and restaurants. Room is comfortable but rather small to accomodate 2 luggages. Service staff is prompt but lack personal touch. They upgraded my room to a villa but it was such a disappointment. It comes with a nice bathtub but the room is filled with mosquitoes and stale smoke smell, even though it is a non-smoking room. There were so many mosquitoes, I actually spent most of my time killing them than relaxing in the room.

Great location in shopping, dinning and entertainment area. Nearby a metro station. Room is well equipped with mini fridge, wifi, safe, Bose speaker, large screen TV, even with auto toilet cleaner. Though the room is small and compact, but with full glass panel.
