Great Location and lovely place

The location was excellent! It's just above QSquare shopping centre and it's so accessible to the airport. The hotel is clean nice and spacious. Very value for money. Taking train is also easy. I will highly recommend my friends to stay here.

The serviced apartments are right above a shopping mall with Jason's supermarket. Very convenient. Rooms are of good size definitely can house more than 3 adults. Right across Taipei station so very easy to catch the high speed rail or metro. Within the vicinity there are many shopping malls.

Superb location, cosy room with bright lighting
Router in room (very fast wifi), bathtub and balcony with washing machine

arrived at 8 in the morning, the reception area is right along the road outside metro station y3. the ladies were very warm & courteous, left our luggages with them and came back at around 4pm.
stayed at the 10th level, american style and the room is gorgeous! bathroom had bathtub and a heater system that helped to heat up the room before use. the lady who brought us up gave a very detailed explanation for the room's features after knowing it was our first time there. really loved the room because the lighting was well-lit and there were many switches for the various lights available. also, the tv was big and there were over 100 channels of cable tv to choose from. in addition, the router in the room provides extremely fast wifi in the room, really loved it!
accidentally locked my luggage with a padlock and left the keys inside the luggage. to my surprise, the level 5 reception ladies actually sent a worker to my room (he arrived less than 10 min after i went down) and he broke the lock for me. i was very touched by the extent of their service.
although you have to take two lifts to get to your room, the lifts are not far apart and it is for security reasons.
the location is superb because y3 exit is very near to tra and hsr gantry areas so you can get back to your room quickly after you arrived at taipei station.
cons:
1. aircon in the room takes a while to cool the entire room but it does get cold at 16 degrees. however, it can be colder.
2. the shower pressure was average (i have thick hair so it is an issue for me but my mum finds it ok) and the temperature control is not reliable - although it was set at the extreme end of the hot range, while i was bathing the water suddenly became icy cold so it shocked me. it is a daily occurrence but once the temperature re-adjusted for the second time there will not be any problem with the water temperature.
3. no bellboy service so it can be a hassle taking your luggages down to the reception ar

If you want the cleaning lady to change your bathing towels daily, place your used towels at the basin/inside the bathtub before you leave the room
