Had a great stay with family though we had a lil concern on the frosted glass doors of the shower room and toilet. Very pretty design and things look new!
Great service from the smiley staff who acceded to our requests. 7-11 is located just below. Though the train station entrance is just outside the hotel, it's quite a distance walk underground. Not the cheapest hotel in the vicinity though, considered pricey.

Travel light as you can make use of the complimentary washing service (diy using the washing machine, powder and dryer)

Just Sleep is a no-frills hotel, made for, as the name implies, just sleeping. Don't expect any artistic decor or fancy furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition, as the room type we had booked was fully occupied, the hotel upgraded our room for free, and even allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier.
The hotel is situated right outside Ximending, just across the road, making it very convenient to visit the shops and stalls there.

A nice hotel
The staff is nice and helpful, the location is great and the room is comfy

The staff was very helpful all the time, my friend and I can check in and get a room when we arrived at 1pm. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice. I didn't expect much from this hotel before. But I can say it is really cuitable for those who want to have a comfy place to sleep and in a good location. There's even a convenient store right downstairs. This really assures people who would feel hungry all the time like me. LOL If there should be something to be improved, maybe the TV can be bigger, the lighting in the room and bathroom can be stronger. It's a great experience after all.

the location is very good which is just next to exit of subway.
Price is fair as there are quite a lots of choices in Ximen area with lower price. However, this hotel has the biggest room which i try 5-6 hotels nearby.
I think i enjoy a free upgrade from Queen bed to King bed this time. The decoration and sleeping condition is very good.
There is free lundry in hotel from 930 to 2130.

Just located next to Exit 6 of Ximen Station & great breakfast!

Fantastic location, just next to Exit 6 of Ximen station.
Room was well maintained & comfy. Nice modern decor too & very clean.
Offer complimentary laundry.
Breakfast was good variety, both traditional Taiwanese porridge & western selection were great.
Staff was polite & very helpful. Know the Ximending area very well & u could ask them for suggesstions of dining places.
Shopping Tip:
If u want shopping in Ximending, this is the location to stay, just 5 mins walk to the busy & happening Ximending area.
Many places to eat, cafes & local coffee shops available.
7-11, Family marts all within walking distance, 7-11 just downstairs of hotel.

Good location but small tv

We arrived very early in the day and was told we could only check in at 3pm. Our check in later was delayed but we were relieved just to get the room. The very hot water in the showers was great for a cold day! The room size was ok, but the television was a little too small for that room size. Breakfast was crowded but the food is constantly replenished. The breakfast standard is quite good, I like their scrambled eggs especially.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
7-Eleven is just downstairs and very convenient to travel to Ximending for a lovely snack or meal.

We love the location, its just across the ximengding, and only five mins walk to ximeng mrt. The hotel lobby nicely light up just like a new hotel. Rooms setup is modern.

Great location near Ximen station, near enough to Ximending without the noise, clean rooms, connected to 7-11, free use of laundry room

This was our 2nd visit to Just Sleep. Mistakenly booked the deluxe double which is way too small with only one queen size bed and no room to add a child bed. Luckily we managed to upgrade to the Superior Family Room which was just perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day stay pointing out directions and giving travel tips. Housekeeping staff even took care of our daughter's Pooh Bear by tucking him into bed while we were out lol. There's an exit from Ximen MRT station practically at the doorstep but it Can be a long walk for little ones from the MRT itself to that exit. Also no escalators or lifts so it's tough if you have strollers and plan to take the subway. Only complaint is the Cold air - con during winter - the thermostat did not seem to work. Also these were no signs in the toilet but the front desk staff told us we weren't supposed to flush the toilet paper down the toilet (ours clogged up on Day 3). Overall the beauty is in its simplicity - no frills. Don't expect a 5- star hotel because that's hot what its about.

convenience store is just below the hotel, super accessible. hotel exterior is pretty looking, comfortable and clean room. the price for the hotel is super worth it. service crews are super friendly and helpful, they will provide you with the transport and local map to get around.
