we are early checked in, the staff need charge us a fee for early check in.the webside dint mention need a additional charges for early check in when we book.the hotel outside look is laosy,we were suprise when arrive the hotel.toilet door of the room is broke.i think room need have some maintenance.

Service staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast provided are simple fare that is reasonable. The location of the hotel is relatively good as the walk to Ximen Ding only took about 10 minutes and there are plenty of shops along the way.

Great Location but hotel not really good

We stay in this hotel on Tuesday (10/7/12), really feel disappointed when we check in, they give us the small room, smelly and without aircond...Lucky we get change to Family room but we still facing the same problems...in the last we need rent the stand fan from front desk customer service...but the problems still cant solve...somemore the front desk office on the morning Wednesday (11/7/2012) not really friendly and show her angry face to us...
But we need to thanks for the night shif front desk office on the tuesday, she give us a lot information and dinner place, somemore she recomend the good and kind teksi driver to us with reasonable price.

Lovely Hotel with Nice facilities
Comfortable beds with good toilet facilities.

the hotel was located in a good location near the MRT station. 5mins walk away. there is a convenience store directly opposite the hotel which makes availability of food and other amenities convenient. shopping areas where aplenty around. the hotel staff were helpful when asked for directions and did an excellent job in the day to day room cleaning.
