Lovely Hotel with Nice facilities
Comfortable beds with good toilet facilities.

the hotel was located in a good location near the MRT station. 5mins walk away. there is a convenience store directly opposite the hotel which makes availability of food and other amenities convenient. shopping areas where aplenty around. the hotel staff were helpful when asked for directions and did an excellent job in the day to day room cleaning.

It is located in the city centre of Taipei. It is very convenient to travel and visit other spots in the city. It is near the mass railway station with 10 minutes walk. The staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean.

Things look much better inside the hotel

My second stay there in as many visits to Taipei.Near good food and a 5 min walk to the MRT station. Entrance is not obvious and our taxi driver did not recognise the hotel name. Keep the address and map handy. Rooms were clean and this years improvement is wifi in all the rooms for free. Breakfast was Ok. Bread, Butter, Jam, Tea eggs, Ham with tea and Coffee.Bedsheets and Towels were clean. Simple and quick check out. I will go back again.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out the Chicken/Pork rice shop a few door from hotel away from shopping area. Great meal with free tea for NT80.

the hotel occupies the 7th and 8th floor of a building that, like many others in taipei, has a poorly maintained facade. that said, the hotel itself is very nicely furnished. it has no food outlets, but you can easily satisfy your hunger with the huge variety of eateries downstairs.

Rm is clean, rm size is just nice for couple. Consider worth the price. However, feel that the dtaff was quite impolite and unfriendly... didnt greet at all when u are having eyes contact with them....occupied 2 levels of the building(7&8)....however, not allowed to take lift to ground floor from lvl 8. Need to take stairs down to lvl7 and take lift from there...i find tgis is very funny....was wondering what if im having elderly with me?? Overall acceptable.

Hotel was extremely easy to find after alighting from Ximen MRT station. Room was just nice in terms of size and comfort. Only a short walk away from the famous Ah Zong rice noodles (10mins), and the snack stall along the walkway after exiting the hotel lift sells EXTREMELY good chicken bites and chicken wing. The Asparagus juice + winter melon tea just beside this snack stall is a must try too. Had a very enjoyable stay here and would love to stay here again if I visit Taiwan again.
Restaurant Tip:
To get to Shilin night market, take the mrt to Jiantan station rather than shilin station. it is a shorter walk.
Mr J, The restaurant opened by singer Jay chou is NOT in Ximending. You will need to to take mrt to guo fu ji nian guan station and walk about 15mins after exiting. Do ask the station controls for exact directions.

The best thing about this hotel would be the location. very near xmd. staffs are helpful and friendly. The room was okay. However there was a part of the room that don't smell very pleasant and the breakfast is limited and repetitive everyday. just toast bread, ham and tea leaves egg. Every single day.

First it might not look very pretty from the outside, even the lobby does not look very appealing, until you enter the room. Room appears quite luxurious for its class and price range, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
