Average hotel but great location

It was a pleasant stay overall or maybe I wasn't expecting much as it was a budget hotel. I would suggest that you skip the breakfast provided by the hotel as it was only bread,Ham,egg and coffee. Room and toilet are pretty clean. Service staffs there quite friendly too. Great location as it is only a 5-min walk from ximen mrt station. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling on budget.

We stayed 6 nights there and had a good time as the location was good and there were many places to eat around the hotel. It is also located close to Ximending, which was a very good location to shop and eat.

Great location near the metro. Nice room.

Very nice. Near Ximen MRT station. Breakfast looked basic, but they had a nice espresso/coffee machine!

staff was very helpful, thou breakfast was minimal.its about 5-8 mins walk to ximenting & mrt too very convinient.eating is plenty and anytime, have already book for my next stay in mid march

this is a small hotel. suitable for young couple and young traveller who only need a place to sleep at night. quite small for family.
it located very central and close to a few night markets. we walked to 2 night markets on the same night.
hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. hotel provides most of necessary stuffs including rain coat when it's raining on request.
very clean and not much noise.

Location is great, a very clean hotel
Room is clean and new, location is great, and a lot of great food around.

The hotel is small, it's only 2 floors in a building. But the room is clean and their location is great!
A lot of good food and shopping around, their price is very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the street have alot of good restaurants.

This hotel is very convenient, opposite the hotel itself is a convenient store, room is clean and comfortable enough. It's a mere 5 minutes walk to the Ximen MRT station and Ximending.
However, the room can be quite smoky at times as other patrons could smoke in their rooms and the smoke could go into other rooms.
The bathroom is small and cramp which make shower a not too pleasant experience.
Overall, it's a decent hotel at an affordable price. Will consider staying again if we're back in Taipei

had a 6 nights stay at this hotel, booked a deluxe double but the room provided was different as my partner and i opted for the japanese deluxe room. room was perfect for the two of us, toilet was arranged in a rather weird manner, but we loved the stone bathtub!
didn't eat the breakfast in the hotel. hotel room was clean but there were dust bundles on the ceilings, i guess could request for them to be cleaned.
location was more than fantastic, 5 mins walk from ximen mrt. for the price, this hotel is definitely worth it for mid-budget, but if you're looking for a 5 stars accom, find elsewhere.
Restaurant Tip:
chicken kings at the bottom of the hotel has really good chicken pieces and golden sweet potatoes. have that every night for supper.
down the road, there is this steamboat called mala which served free flow haagen dazs and movenpick for only SGD22, a bargain for the quality of food you get. rmb to make reservations as the restaurant is always full. ps: we went at 2am and there were still people queueing for it.

Great location with Clean rooms

Checked in on 10th Feb 2012, was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. Stayed on the 8th floor. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping services is a thumbs up but sadly the water heater water is very small and there is no window in my room.
This hotel is 5-10 mins walk away from Ximen Mrt STation and there is a lot of food directly under and beside the building of the hotel.
Another plus point is that there are alot of convenience store nearby.

A little disappointed with the pricing of the promoted range of room.when check in,room was different to what i book and the manage offer a upgrade with additional charge.rather unfair and felt rip off.
