Location, rooms, garden, breakfast, lobby and breakfast room design, metro link, internet no pool, if somebody needs that. It's a perfectly nice boutique hotel in the best location in Taipei.
Especialy I enjoyed the nice breakfast in a cosy living room style surrounding with the possibility to eat in the garden too.
Internet works well and even a Mac is provided in the lobby.
Restaurant Tip : With a 5 to 10min walk from the hotel to Dan Ryans Chicago Grill in Tunhua North Road, you are in a nice and friendly place with good food and friendly people.

Great rooms with high quality of room amenities. Great service level of staff. Convenient location. Stayed at this hotel for business. Nice executive style boutique hotel with high quality levels in terms of room amenities. Comfortable stay. Nice gesture of having free flow of coffee and tea. Apart from the above, there seemed to be lacking in facilities such as pool.
Hotel is located next to Mcdonald's and a couple of restaurants are within walking distance. Great for late night supper.No issue in getting taxis.

The ambiance was very nice. well decorated. Front door was hidden in an ally. Overall was a good experience. The service was good, rooms were clean. Did not get the chance to try the Suite but their Deluxe Bedrooms were good. They had one big bed and one small bed (queen and full size). That's how all their Deluxe Bedrooms are set up.

Excellent attentive and caring service all around include complimentary upgrades when available. Good buffet breakfast and beautiful modern decor that reflects soul and culture of the proprietors. An oasis in the humdrum urban jungle of Taipei. Can't really think of any: would be nice if there is a small pool, but this is asking for too much maybe. Location is super convenient, steps to the subway system although that particular station is not the most convenient. You pretty much have to change trains to go anywhere, but its convenient enough. There are not alot of interesting restaurants around, but again there is enough to eat and there is a 7/11 downstairs. Frontdesk offered me an upgraded room when requested. Service is attentive but not intrusive. Everyone down to the maids are very polite and accomodating. The room amenities include small things like sewing kits and there is ready hot drinking water (for tea, and Oolong tea bags are in the room) as well as ice etc. Internet is fast and reliable. Bed is real comfy. A free mobile phone (that is not the easiest to dial though) is a plus. Local calls are free but not calls to mobile, but the hotel rate is reasonable. For three days of use, I was charged NT 240, less than USD 10. Much more convenient than having to buy a SIM card etc etc. Breakfast buffet is very good. The whole place exudes class, I can stay here for months if I am posted to Taipei.

Beautiful design, great staff. Good location. Can't think of one except it would be nice if there is a pool. This is my home away from home. Super courteous and sincere service coupled with every amenity makes this a very comfortable place to heal from jetlag when flying into Asia. It is a few steps from the subway system and makes it easy to get to anywhere else in the city.
