Nice and quiet
Friendly staff, the rooms were clean and the hotel provides free snacks and hot beverages in the lobby

We stayed at Les Suites for two nights and enjoyed our stay there. After we checked in, we noticed that there were free drinks, 2 glasses of wine or martini that evening. We enjoyed winding down with coffee and biscuits after going out for the day. Free high speed wifi in the lobby and rooms allowed us to communicate with family and friends.

A good alternative to normal business hotel
Secluded on a busy street, access to public transport & excellent attentive staff

Service was excellent for a small hotel, very attentive and perceptive staff, especially breakfast service, great english. The japanese speaking staff (a lady) stood out among the rest for her hospitality.
Great alternative to standard business hotel ,but still can't beat sheraton taipei in terms of business related facilities and restaurants.

This is probably my 3rd stay at Les Suites Ching Cheng and I enjoyed my stay there very much. Staff was attentive and very helpful. We were looking for a particular restaurant which they assisted with. A few days later when we returned to the hotel, the staff remembered and asked us if we found the place.
Room is similar to previous stays and as good. I will return to Les Suites Ching Cheng for my next personal trip to Taipei as well.
