stayed at the year-end with family. location is quite good. and staff hospitality was also good. and quite modern style design. however room size is a bit small and please don't expect the view from windows. hopefully more variety of breakfast. i recommend this hotel for business trip customers more.

The best of the best
Service is second to none, rooms and communal areas are gorgeous!

Stayed here as a treat for two nights to start our Taiwan holiday with my brother, sister in law and 18month niece. It was perfect, the staff are impeccable. Helpful but not intrusive. Interior is along the same lines, relaxing, sophisticated and welcoming. Highly recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Great local Taiwanese food at the night Market (we went to a much closer one than the big more famed one and had a great time with not another tourist in sight).

The hotel room is the very beautiful and quite quiet especially.
We all enjoy to stay at this hotel because it is very nice and sweet. You can even enjoy the facilities inside the hotel room such as cell phone that provide to each room. This facilities allow you to make any intenal call even you are out from the room/area.
Shopping Tip:
Oppesite the hotel there is a shoping complex. Very convenience for you the take your meal during day time.

It is a very beautiful and very high class hotel. The area is very convenience. Next to the hotel is already have the MRT service. Bedise that, the "dim sum" restaurant and Macdonald is just around the corner. Moreover, every room provided cell phone for convenience which is very sweet.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping center is just oppesite the hotel. Have a lot of restaurant inside the shopping complex such as japanese food and others.

現在台中に住んでおり、台北に観光にくるときはいつもここを利用します。今回部屋はさほど広くなかったですが綺麗で、アメニティ等も一通り不足無く、TVもクリアに映り、非常に快適です。特に妻にも私にも好評なのがロビー横の無料お茶スペースで、子供が小さくなければ、そこで一日本を読むか、ネットサーフィンしててもたのしいだろうなと思える場所です。朝飯も十分においしかったです。また、歩いて１分のところにMRT駅があり非常に便利です。
Hotel Feature Tip:
ベッドの横に音楽チャネルが７種類ぐらい選べるダイヤルがついていることに初めて気づき、これを流してみましたが、なかなか心地よかったです。

こじんまりとした素敵なホテル
朝食がおいしい。こじんまりとしているが、落ち着くホテル。

クチコミを見ていると、大人なホテルのようでしたので、1歳児連れではどうかと思いましたが、スタッフも優しく、さりげない心配りがあり、滞在していてホッとするホテルでした。
朝食も豊富でおいしく、夜のワインORカクテルサービスもおいしく雰囲気よくいただけました。
また、台北にステイした時には利用したいです。
立地は、中心部からは離れていますが、駅から1分ほどですし、アクセスはよかったと思います。

新しくて清潔なホテル
設備が新しく、それなりに豪華な点。スタッフが親切な点。

家族４人（乳児１人を含む）で滞在しました。人数が多いのでスイートルームを選びました。
全般的に設備が新しく、豪華な雰囲気を楽しめました。豪華な設備といえば欧米系のホテルをイメージしますが、レビューではそれらのホテルも経年劣化が見られた所が多いようなので、今回はこちらにしてみました。さすがに新しいだけあって、悪くないです。ただ、エントランスはもう少しカッコよくしてもいいのではないでしょうか。
スタッフは親切です。朝食時に子供が毎日大泣きするので、特別に会議室を使用させていただきました。哺乳瓶の煮沸などでも親切に電子レンジを使用させていただきました。
部屋は寝室とは別に、十分広いリビングルームがあり、家族でくつろぐことができました。
ＭＲＴの南京東路の前で、周りにコンビニや飲食店があり、便利です。
欠点は３つ。
まず、値段が高いこと。今回スイートを選んだというのもありましたが、欧米系のホテルとあまり変わらない値段です。次に、朝食の種類が少ない点。台北の欧米系のホテルでは、洋食・中華（・日本食がある場合も）が充実している所が少なくなく、比べるとちょっともの足りませんでした。最後に、「ロビー・バー」が有料である点。チェックイン時に、ロビーの前の部屋に案内され、「朝食時以外はこちらでスナックやドリンクを召し上がれます」と言われたので、無料かと思いドリンクを飲んだら、最終日に請求書が来ていました。値段も当然ホテル価格です。これは事前に有料である旨を伝えないと、他のお客さんも勘違いすると思います。
以上、課題はありますが、全般的に頑張っているホテルだと思います。
