price was low, location of hotel aint too bad, comfy bed, relatively clean room.
staff with bad manners, no direct bus transport available from/to taoyuan airport
The price and location of lilai hotel was good, hence the reason why I opted for it instead of the other hotels at Ximending district. Stayed there twice or thrice and found the hotel pretty fine for the frequent and budget travellers. Nevertheless, I was rather put off by the ill-mannered staff who wasn't helpful at all when we said we misplaced our itenery (printed copy). They kept insisting that they have got no records, thus will not be able to give us a room. They were really rude and unfriendly.

hotel is old, room small, staff service no good
it's cheap and good location. If you dont mind the room is old and small, it's worth it. Just few minute walk to the Taipei Main station.
