A nice resort near parks and hot spring

The hotel is relatively nice and clean. The staff can speak English, but the waitresses in the hotel's Chinese restaurant cannot. The breakfast maybe awful for people familiar with western style breakfast, but for me it was ok. There's shuttle bus service to beitou mrt station which is very convenient.

Lovely hotel close to MRT

Hotel is nice and confortable. Hot spring water supply is rapid so no need to wait for a long time tillthe tub is full. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. need to walk for 5 minutes to the nearest MRT to go to other parts of taipei. I will still choose this hotel if I come to beitou for hot spring holidays again.
Shopping Tip:
Beitou morning market is 20 mins walk down GuangMing rd, good for a morning trip.

good service, near mrt

stayed for only one night due to budget concern. for travellers who wants to experience hot springs in taiwan but feel uncomfortable being naked in public, this hotel is a good option. water from hot spring is tapped to every room in the hotel into the bathtubs.
the hotel provides free pick-up service to and from beitou mrt station but you need to make appointments early. the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from xinbeitou mrt station, although the road to the hotel is a little steep for elders, as the hotel is located on a higher ground.
we received a free upgrade to a vip room because the superior twins room we booked is occupied. the view of the room isn't impressive. it's just the mini-park between the hotel buildings.
the service is good, as what we would expect from the price.
the range of food for the breakfast in the cafeteria was pretty good. but outside the hotel, there isn't much food around, so we went to other places via mrt for more choices of food.
the hotel also has a gym, but no one was using it though.
on the side note, i saw more business travellers than family travellers during the breakfast session. i believe the hotel also has facilities for conferences and corporate meetings.

Small rooms but great service

rooms are rather small. family room is great for younger children but older ones may find the nursery theme a bit ridiculous. common areas are nice but rooms are rudimentary.
Travel tip:
Seems to be an older part of town. No easy access to shops or convenient store. If you need handicap access, do advise staff in advance as not all rooms are equipped with showers. Climbing in and out of the hot tub can be difficult for the elderly.

The hotel is located at the middle of a hill. During winter time, a leisure walk of 5 to 10 mintues walk will take you to Xin Beitou station. The walking can be a bit sweaty in a hot day although the distance is only approximately 200 metres.
Hotel is cosy and rooms are well appointed. The indoor spring facility is clean and good.

a lovely hotel at a beautiful location.can take a public bus to yang ming shan. only less than 20mins including waiting time. staff were very friendly and able to speak english.breakfast selection was limited but still alright. nice hotspring in room!

emily's kitchen food is great!! nice atmosphere. located beside starbucks n a bakery shop.
