A convenient place but a bit old.
Nearby convenient shops and MRT station.

The room is quite ok. Since it is not a hotel, there is no receptionist to approach if any problem. Calling the hotline also not always been entertained. The room cannot be cleaned up daily coz it is not hotel.
Shopping Tip:
In the city area, very close to museum, 101 mega tower, shopping malls, night clubs and etc....

Great location but small rooms

The location of this apartment is ideal as it is located near the center of Taipei city. There are several eateries in which one can conveniently visit if he is hungry. Initially, I thought it would be a 3 star hotel but in the end, I found out that it was rented apartment. No daily room service is provided either.

I got bed bug bites. Do NOT stay!

we were led to an apartment which was filled with the smell of stale cigarette smoke (despite the big sign that says no smoking) the room was absolutely filthy. the toilet had fecal matter in it. the bed was actually a box spring. we got one dirty towel placed on our bed. i got bed bug bites from the room! while we had booked and paid for the room for two nights we left the next morning and did not return. it was the worst place i have ever seen in my whole life as a traveler.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stay at a hostel if your budget is low, will still be better than this!

This is an apartment rental with good location close to MRT. You have to check in at the first floor coffee shop. I think the coffee shop is their partner. Check out is easy,just close the door and leave.they provide everything big towel, hair dryer,toothbrush....

Not a hotel! Not worth the money! No speak English

This is not realy a hotel. This is a set of apartments in a normal apartment building without service. The room could only be reached after passing three doors with different codes. Safe? Maybe, but we I didn't receive the codes with the booking! Only a telephone number at the door instead of a reception. And, the girl in the other end didn't speak English! Moreover, apartments are directly above a karaoke place and when they finished singing the aircon kept me awake :-(

it was good overall. room was comfy altho t&b was a bit tight. shower area was right at the door but there was hot water. no bath towels provided and we were told that this is how taiwanese are, they only use hand towels so i suggest you bring your own bath towels.
area was ideal as near the sun yat sen memorial train station and two streets down at lane 280 is a whole street of bars and restos you can choose from offering all kinds of food. even lane 260 had its own share of restos towards the center. we enjoyed the mexican food being served by the mexican resto called amigo in lane 280.
room needed better curtains as light streamed through at all hours of the day (street light and sun light!) owner was very nice and helpful.

Après trois nuits passées à l'hôtel, le bilan est positif. Tout d'abord, il est très bien situé à Taipei, dans un quartier calme et charmant. L'appartement est à quelques minutes de la station MRT, ce qui laisse des possibilités de déplacement non négligeables, tout en étant en plein coeur de la capitale.
Concernant la chambre, elle est complète : rangements, air climatisé, télé, douche... Cependant, ces équipements présentent quelques disfonctionnements comme l'air conditionné qui est très bruyante et ne marche pas correctement. Le point négatif le plus récurrent reste la luminosité : le tout reste très éclairé la nuit et l'isolation ne permet pas un sommeil en toute facilité.
Le rapport qualité prix reste acceptable, donc un bon choix pour quelques nuits à Taipei.

他の人のレビューにあるとおり。マンションのワンルームを不動産屋が日貸ししてるイメージ。
ホテルではない。ホテルとしてのライセンスもあるのか疑問。
最近台北の安ホテルの流行なのか、このようなフロントが無いタイプのホテルが多くなってきている。
アクセスは松山空港からの路線バスで１５分、さらに徒歩１０分。タクシーだと１０分。
近くにはコンビニやレストランなどがある。駅と駅の中間なので多少歩くが、あるける距離。
入り口はマンションの共有出口で、そこに小さく電話番号が書いてる。委託されてるとなりのカフェが休みだったので
電話して暗証番号を聞く。
英語も片言。暗証番号は３種類あり、①マンションの入り口のドア②2階に入るドア（部屋は２階部分）③部屋のドア。
①はただ番号を押すだけ②は操作盤のふたを上にスライドさせると番号キーが出てくる。
③はパネルをこすると二つの番号が出てくるのでその番号をタップすると暗証番号が入力できるようになる。
この説明を電話で受けるのだからそれなりの語学力が必要。Aと８の英語の発音が聞き取れず、結局来てもらった。３０分待たされる。
部屋は角部屋だったのですりガラスの窓がたくさんあったがカーテンが無い。タオル2枚のみ。歯ブラシ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはある。
石鹸が無い。暗証番号は変えてないそうなので、セキュリティは疑問。監視カメラはある。価格が安い分多少の不便は想定内だが、
他に、ここより安くて良い安宿は台北にたくさんあるので、わざわざここを選ぶ理由はないだろう。とくに英語も中国語もできない人には。
この手のホテルは当たりはずれが激しい。アゴダの予約確認書にはチェックインの際、電話しなければならない旨と、時間は5pm-9pmに必ず。
と書いてあるが決済してからこのようなことを言われても・・・

立地はすばらしい。最寄駅は国父紀念館で、徒歩3分ほど。
にぎやかな忠孝敦化駅までも徒歩5分程度。台北101も20～30分で歩いて行けた。
よって、ショッピング（SOGO）、グルメ（四川呉抄手、度小月）、ジャズバー（中国父、BrownSugar）、クラブ（Room18、LUXY）など気軽に行けた。
ただし、ホテルの様は呈していない。看板もなければフロントもない。ドアに「ここに電話してください」の貼紙があるのみ。
実際は隣のカフェで、自分の部屋番号と入室パスワードを教えてもらえたが、カフェ営業時間外であれば手こずったことだろう。
部屋はふつうの安宿。ダブルベッドにテレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫（空）、ユニットバス付で、窓は申し訳程度。歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、バスタオルは有。
難点は、タオル交換もなく、ベッドメイクもなく枕がちょっと汗臭かった。。
私は一人旅で宿に多くを求めないタイプなので、そして最初のチェックイン手続きもまあ楽しめたので、この値段だし十分価値があると思いました。
