We had an enjoyable stay with our 20 month old toddler.(We stayed in a deluxe double room instead of a standard room.) Baby cot available upon request, though you have to inform them beforehand so they can prepare your room. The service was excellent, always replying with a smile and we were very comfortable with our stay. The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from songjiang nanjing station and is amongst the banks(business district). Distance to taipei main station and other shopping location is okay by the mrt. Restaurants and bubble tea shops are a stone throw away.

It is nice for over all comment. But the room is quite small. It is a Japanese style biz hotel. It is convenient but tiny.

Room too small. Shower water did not drain off.
Except for shower water not draining off room is clean. Nobody came to service the shower problem inspite of our complains.

Would prefer to stay at the other Mai Hotel on my next visit. Closer to shops and restaurants.

good location and friendly staff. few minutes walk to songshan mrt station. and 10minutes walk to nanjing e. rd. station. room was bit small but very nice. reception is in the 2nd floor so if you like clubbing, its easy to come back at night without need to walk pass reception desk. i liked that a lot. lately opened club zunk is just 7mins walk away from this hotel.

Front Desk Staffs very nice and professional, Room design modern and clean. Everything good except the toilet privacy need to improved. Besides, offer 2 security room card per room better, because the hotel have lift security, we need to use the room card for lift. there is inconvenient if someone want to go outside but another want to stay in room.

Hotel is in the recently renovated building. Its on the busy street but from here it is very close to many shops and restaurants.
Rooms are very modern with also modern furniture and decoration.
Not to big but fully equiped. I like the fittness room on the top floor. Not very big but just enough equiped to make some exercise after busy day or shopping.
I do recomend this place and will be back there for sure again.
