The building exterior was old and run down. The building actually housed a few hotels on different floors. New Stay Inn is located on the 5th floor and a clean modern hotel lobby greet you the moment the lift door opens. It is a love hotel but it is clean and the room is big. Good for a few nights stay.

Booked for 2 nights, but check in only on the 2nd night. The room is clean and big. Newly renovated. However one thing not good is, there is one window in the toilet and hotel use a binder to cover it. But it didnt cover fully and it's emergency path outside the toilet. So it's quite scary at night.

Great location. No frills accommodation.
Opposite Taipei train station. Good food nearby, restaurants and eateries are abundant.

Was pleased with the stay. Mainly because of the location. We travel both north and central Taiwan. Staying in a hotel near to the Taipei train station makes it very convenient for us. We could leave our huge luggage with the hotel while travelling to another city.Return to the hotel to deposit more stuff before moving to another location. There is good food nearby and shopping too.
