Couples United Kingdom, May 18, 2013	relaxing and comforable hotel for couples friendly staff, quiet environment and cleaniless 8.7 We used the shuttle bus service a lot during our 3 days stay at the hotel. Very polite and friendly staff. Probably because there was a large tour stayed at the hotel for one night so we got upgraded to a suite with large bedroom and only one room next to ours so very quiet with privacy. The buffet breakfast very basic and simple for a light breakfast. There is a reading room which is quite nice with a selection of books. Just one odd thing is that the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor so all guests stay above have to take the stairs.

Groups Malaysia, May 05, 2013	Big room, Poor restaurant, Lousy food Big Bath Tub, Large Bedroom, Comfortable Bed 5 The hotel was aged with dust around every corner, the bath tub was huge but need some cleaning, the restaurant with limited choice of breakfast with lousy taste and poor service. But the location was quite good, walking distance to most of the main attractions.Overall, will definitely not recommending to anyone.
