Our experience with this hotel was good, close to Taipei station, close to shopping mall. Front desk excellent polite, hotel next to a major department store at the Taipei , The internal of the hotel is some kind art deco but is a little too dark .
One thing inconvenient :
The car can’t be parked in front of the hotel, if you want to load or unload the luggage
Very inconvenient .

Nice experience getting to know the staffs as they provide good service. Room is good and the chamber helper clean up the room everyday. Good job. My kids love the round bath tube and had an enjoyable time in the room. It's location is the best as located right besides shopping mall and above train stations.

Staff were attentive & helpful
The huge bath tub was a hazard esp for older guests. Took a while to figure out how to work the hot/ cold bath taps, very fiddly.
But overall, a nice hotel

The hotel in good location with Tube, Nice and clean place,special the lobby is for business talking, the room was so clean and quite , only bahtromm was a bit small and no free wifi but overall, a great hotel will come back again for next trip.

This hotel is in a great location with Taipei transportation and shopping with a few steps of walking distance. The lobby, restaurant, public areas and rooms are clean and luxuriously appointed. Great for single/business travelers and romantic getaways. Not for kids/family as the bathroom is only separated with glass sliding door. I don't care so much for the instant coffee/tea packs instead of a brewing coffee maker which does not match the star level of this hotel.
