Beautiful Hotel with great service

Great location and very convenient to get around. The public transport is just at the basement of the building of the hotel. I love the decor and the details of the hotel and the room is comfortable. A nice round bath tub that comes with the deluxe room. Cleanliness is a key and the service is great! The Cafe and restaurants are beautiful too with great design details. Food is costly compare to accessibility to other local food stalls around the vincity.
Shopping Tip:
The underground shopping street are just below the building of the hotel. Great varieties of shops with shoes, clothings and food. Convenient with the MRT station to get to other places of interests and night market.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance of the HSR, TRA and MRT station. Below the hotel is a department store for convenient shopping.
There are many eateries around the hotel and lots of cabs outside the hotel should you need to travel to other parts of Taipei.
Overall, this hotel is above average. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 5 mth old baby and found it very convenient location wise.
Service was very good. The hotel offered us early check in and late check out. Hotel also gave us a bath tub and a pack of baby toiletries with nappies n cream which was a nice touch.
We were greeted at the door every time we came back and out and was offered help with shopping bags cos of baby.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Night market 15mins walk is worth the trip. Ningxia night market is not that popular but has very gd food compared to Shilin market.

It's a very new, chic trendy looking hotel. and i picked this hotel since it's close to tpe station. just right across, so there's no point to take taxi.
however, there's no convenient path from the station to hotel at all. imagine customers carry loads of luggage themselves up and down in the station, it's way too much effort and super inconvenient.
the lobby is grand and big, but the room is super small. they even use a curtain to divide bath room and bedroom, simply no privacy of using bathroom.
It's not worth the money to stay at this so called 4 star hotel which gives no space nor comfort.
however, the junior service crew at 1st floor reception was awesome. but one senior manager there has attitude which gives unpleasant memory. he kept silence and didn't smile nor chat with customers when i was leaving my luggage at front desk. he was unhappy of helping this request apparently. very disappointed.
Shopping Tip:
stay here only if you are here to shop and with light luggage.
