Good location, comfort room

room is okay, of 5 star quality. staff is helpful and friendly. the only issue is the so called "tower 101 view" i specifically asked for at a premium. the view of tower 101 is disappointing. i think this is because i was given a room at level 7, which is too low and the window view was dominated by back street scene. tower 101 is only visible at far far end.

The superior queen was too small for us and we were upgraded to a deluxe room. the hotel manager was wonderful and our stay was excellent.
Travel tip:
Don't expect shelves or drawers; space is at a premium.

Every room ready with umberlla just in case raining outside. Even if you do not take umberlla with you, the hotel staff will cover you with the umberlla to the door of taxi, or lend you the umberlla. just remember to return when you back to ensure the next guest can enjoy the same service. Good location near to Metro, free wifi in the room.

Hotel rooms were solid, staff was friendly and helpful and beds were good to sleep on. My reservations with the hotel are the lack of any "extra amenities"; no pool, for example was a big negative for me.
I would generally recommend this hotel for a business traveller who is not looking for a pool to relax or freshen up in. Everything else about the hotel was good.

Stylish hotel with central location to main shopping area/Sogo. Good value for the rate we obtained on Agoda (large discount).
The hotel does not have the charm of the Royal Biz Hotel but it is more modern. My wife preferred the Royal Biz.
