Very Average Hotel
Affordable, Easy Access If you are Using Cab

Hotel Lobby, corridor and room a bit dim, facilities and room a bit dated. Easy access only if you are using cab, there is no mrt station nearby, close distance to Taipei Arena if you are using cab. An average Hotel meet basic requirement, staff are friendly and attentive though.

The hotel has eased my tiredness during the trip with excellent facilities.
Thumbs up on the facilities provided, almost from A to Z.
This hotel operates in small-moderate size. Suprisingly they do provide free car park with jockey, which was so convenient for me to park my rental car.
Book for a 4 people room, space is just nice, not too big or small. They provide instant hot and cold drinking water, good signal wifi, hot shower, tv with alot channels, comfortable bed, clean toilet with all necessary shampoo, toothbrushes, towel, shaver, etc. Basically just bring yourself and your clothes will do.
The breakfast wasn't that much variety but it is sufficient and taste good.
Restaurant Tip:
This hotel near to food street with 5min walking distance.

I was in Taipei for new year 2013 countdown and stayed in pretty hotel for 2 nights. The room was ok and location is good. We only spent less than 1 hour to reach our hotel after getting away from the new year celebration in Taipei 101 by public transport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's nearby xingtian temple(MRT station as well). However I didnt pay a visit.
