clean, the staffs are very helpful, food very tasty
a bit far away from MRT, need to walk about 15 minute
the room are very clean and comfortable, even the corridor of the floor got very nice chinese style decoration. The breakfast very tasty , and the staffs very nice and polite also very helpful. The only i dislike is the hotel locate a bit far away from MRT and noisy because at it back got construction is undergoing.
Shopping Tip : ximentin is near by only walking distance about 10 to 15 minute.

the room was clean and the bathroom spotless. The bed was also comfortable, the work desk funtional and a good internet connection that was included in the price of the room. The airconditioning was good and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
although the AC was good, it does blow down over the desk; if you are working at the desk you often need to put on something extra to deal with the breeze.
A 6.30 start for breakfast rather than 7.00 would have been better for me.
My 4 night stay in this hotel was very comfortable. It was about 7 minutes walk to the Ximen MRT station, which allows easy connection to the rest of Taipei city and beyond, and to the Ximen shopping/restaurant/shopping area. The staff were friendly and and did their best to be helpful but the language difficulty made it hard to get detailed directions or other general information about Taipei. Of the many hotels I've stayed in recently this one had the best air conditioning system; it was quiet, and importantly the temperature was stable. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was very adequate given the price of the room. The room was a little cramped (but again given that Taipei is a major city and that the cost of the room was very reasonable it would not be fair to list this as a negative) but very functional none the less. I have certainly stayed in smaller and much less convenient rooms in other places (beware the word "boutique" in any hotel advertisements. Overall - I would stay there again.

Good breakfast. Staff's attitude. Clean room. Very reasonable hotel.
As a budget hotel, quality of service is pretty good. Hotel clark's manners are terrific. I would like to use this hotel again if I would come Taipei with same budget.

Toilet features (need to see it to understand), location and helpful staff. Great Breakfast.
Spent a couple of days at the Rich Garden Hotel, great location and easy to get around the city, close to shopping and many restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Arranged a taxi back to airport at a "good price". Rooms were well furnished and very clean although ours was a little bit small. However for a 2 day stay this was not really a problem. Great breakfast and good value for money.
Nightlife Tip : Found it hard to find a lively bar, Taiwanese don't seem to be big drinkers. Didn't have enough time to do a proper search but was a bit underwhelmed by the nightlife.

room with DVD player - my daughter and me enjoy being able to watch some DVDs we bought. service is good , reception personnel are helpful
toilet though has very good facilities including auto wash WC, has a stale smell. suggest to hv a better exhaust or open window to air the toilet. Breakfast not so much choice
we are glad to hv found this hotel which is very convenient with Carrefore 5 mins away and a vibrant shopping area within 20 mins walk. we will stay here again .
Shopping Tip : no need to go far , just walk 20 mins towards the MRT station - you can shop till you drop.
