Great location, but no driveway for drop off.

We are allocated room on the 7 th Floor, together with other offices, which is odd.
One of the room had a foul smell, and need air freshness to be switched on throughout our stay.
On the website, there an option for extra bed,but upon request was told none was available,
Only after persistent request out of the blue a extra bed was brought in.
Bath towels used were tattered at the end.

Clean hotel in a good location

I was a bit skeptical entering the hotel as the lobby looks a lot like the entrance to a shabby, run down office building. Once you get up to the reception desk, things improve a good deal. The rooms themselves are a decent size and very clean. I also enjoyed the decor of the place- simple and functional. Two gripes: some water backed up from the drain in our bathroom (kind of gross) and there was a distinct lack of outlets to charge anything with (I only found one).

room is a bit small but great location with shopping malls and mrt station around. clean room, clean sheets and towels, japanese automatic toilet bowl. however the check in time is around 3pm or later, i realized that a lot of hotels in taiwan have this type of late check in timing. that is an inconvenience to me as i really would like to freshen up after my journey when i reach the hotel.

located next to mrt station, this hotel offers great convenience and access to taipei. it is a little difficult to find, except when you know exactly what to look for. room is comfortable, even though the size is not so spacious. breakfast is rather limited, but ok. it caters to mainly japanese visitors. shoppings are nearby, and there are a lotof restaurants nearby to choose from.

A nice hotel at a very convenient location, just steps from Zhongshan station (exit 4), which is itself one station away from Taipei main station.
The room are quiet and modern. The hotel is on the 8th floor and above, so even in the rooms on the street side, you can only hear a light humming. And there are Japanese-style toilets!
The clerks at the reception are very nice and speak good English. The buffet breakfast is a mix of Western and Asian food and is pretty decent. Plus, fresh coffee and tea (and nuts) are available anytime in the lounge.
You can find anything you want around the hotel and any interesting place is just a little subway trip away.
Overall, a very nice stay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take exit 4 at Zhongshan station, then go straight for about 20 meters, and the hotel is on the left. Just take the elevator to the 8th floor, the guard doesn't care.
If, like me, you don't speak Chinese, there is a restaurant with a menu with pictures just a couple meters from the hotel, at the left when going out.

Great location but small rooms

i liked the location of the hotel. it is on the main road in central city. great way to stay for business and in the meantime get shopping and dining done after a day's hard work. room was very clean, though small. not sure of the other rooms, but i can hear my neighbour chatting away next my bedroom while sitting in bed reading. the entrance is quite small and you will need to take the lift upstairs to the reception to check in, carring all the luggage by yourself could be challenging.
