Very central, just two minutes walk from MRT Water not always hot in afternoon/evenings for shower. The staff at this hotel were friendly & helpful. We were first shown to a room that was too small and noisy but were relocated to a much larger, quieter room as soon as it became available. Location is very good, just minutes from Zhongshan MRT & good department stores. Breakfast was varied and coffee available throughout the day.
Restaurant Tip : There is a good restaurant within the building serving wonderful Peking duck.

Cuz my room was being upgraded, i am not sure about the standard room layout, size. But for my room, it is clean and big in oriental design.
Very good location, short distance within 5 mins walk from MRT station. Restaurant, shopping centres around. Almost centre of taipei and only 1 MRT station to the Taipei Bus Station. Very good location, especially if you are backpack with heavy luggage.. it is really near to MRT station and walk straight.. & you will find it.. very easy to find.
Shopping centre just next few block, restaurant..
At nite, there will be few stalls selling clothings downstair.
Good service, clean.. My travelmate & i both said for sure we will book this hotel again if going to taipei.
Oh, by the way.. booking online will be much cheaper than the hotel counter rate.
Restaurant Tip : Please try the Rose Garden restaurant next to it. From table cloth, wall paper up to menu all are rose related.. even the salad sauce also in rose favour.

The very convenient location almost the ceter of the city of Taipei.
Room is very clean. And staff is very kind and helpful. The entrance is not clean. Elevator has always stop at 8th floor as check in floor. This interupts guests to go directory to their floors. The hotel stands at very convenient location. Near to MRT station. Shopping and dinning are very easy for the guests. Room is very clean and function and utility of the room are one of the highest standard.
Definitely I will choose this hotel for the next visit to Taipei. Also the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.
Restaurant Tip : There are many good restaurant near to the hotel.
I could enjoy the best Taiwanese cuisine around there.

New and clean, good location Room was small, lack of internet facilities I stayed at the Royal Inn Hotel for 3 nights. When I first arrived, I was surprised to find the lobby located at the 8th floor of a commercial building. The hotel occupies around 3-4 storeys of the building. The lobby was small and the only internet facility available was a terminal at the reception counter. The room itself was nicely decorated with a fusion of western and eastern styles, but it was really small and nothing to rave about. Nonetheless, it is rather centrally located, situated at the financial/commercial district of Taipei.
