I stayed just two nights in Deluxe room with my husband. Hot spring inside the washroom, it is great and enjoyable. 1. Location - The hotel is a 10~15 minutes to walk from Xinbeitou MRT station. It's not that very far but little bit hard to walk because of an uphill road. 2. Service - Very polite service attendants. 3. Free breakfast was provided for room guests. Not many choice for the breakfast buffet.

Close proximity to the hot springs, Nice exterior, Nice park right next to the hotel.

The room is very small, literally one queen bed and a hot tub and toilet, about 200 sq. ft. Felt like a prison cell.

Very bad airport transfer. 1st call to hotel, the staff quoted NT$1200. 2nd day called, was quoted NT$850. But when I reached the hotel staff charge me NT$1350. It was broad daylight robbery. We have no choice but to pay the said amount. Pls don't make hotel airport transfer from this hotel.
