Clean hotel with good location

i have booked see you hotel superior double room and was surprise they have such a big bath tub in the room when i enterred the room at first sight.
the bath tub was more than enough for 3 adults at same time and you can totally relax when you use it.
Shopping Tip:
You can walk to Dongmen Ding Shopping area about 10 mins from the hotel where lots of shops and restaurants and crowded with teenagers and travellers.

had a pleasant stay at this hotel as we were staying the vip double suite. we stayed on the 6th floor and its a corner room. there are windows but its not the see-thru kind. spacious room, clean & bright, big bathroom with bathtub.
however, drawbacks are that there are no mirror in the room other than in the toilet. its quite a boutique hotel style as the reception area is pretty small & there are seats to sit over there. take exit z10 from taipei main station (mrt) to go over to this hotel; however, we feel its quite a long walk though there are many shops around to see.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If there is time, do drop by to Ruifang/Jiufen/Jin gua shi for a homestay to experience the local culture & the beautiful scenic places over there too! The Jiu fen old streets is not bad.
Also, Fulong Beach near Yilan is also recommended, a lot of sea sports.
For shopping - can try those alley shops at Ximending, Shida Night Market & the underground shops at Taipei Main Station - good bargains :)

we stayed in a vip double suite from 5 ~ 10 august 2011.
construction across the road carries on till late at night (after midnight) and the noise is a nuisance.
hotel staff not knowledgable about places of attraction despite the fact that we spoke in chinese.
lighting in bathroom is insufficient. we had to move the writing table lamp to the bathroom.
breakfast is kfc voucher located across the road about 5 mins walk away. incovenient if you just need coffee and something light before going back to room to prepare for the rest of the day. we skipped breakfast throughout.
convenient food stalls next to hotel entrance for late night snacks, dessert or drinks.
our request for return airport transfer back on our last day was not confirmed nor processed. fortunately, i reminded them again the night before our departure and realised that it was overlooked.
Hotel Feature Tip:
underground subway entrace is conviniently located about 3 mins walk from hotel. turn left at hotel main door.

The counter staff is helpful. the room is small but clean and has all the nessecities, not cramp. U can park ur luggage there if you want to go other place for a few days, at no charges.
