This hotel is close to the main train station. It's within walking distance (~10 min walk). The squash court was the reason we choose this hotel. It turned out to be pretty good.
You have to pay for internet connection. The food is quite pricy in the restaurants - but you could always go out to the main station for cheap (but decent) food court food.
We picked Sheraton because of its sports amenities, especially the squash court. We weren't disappointed. This is probably one of the few hotels in Taipei to have squash court. We ate at the buffet restauarnt "Kitchen 12" and weren't impressed with their sushi. It was pricy. You could get better food somewhere else.

Not enough porter to help you with your luggage
when you arrived
I was not disappointed at all when I check in at
the hotel.I ate most of meals in the hotel and theare all very good. In fact I celebrated my
Birthday dinner in the Hotel and all my guest
were all very please with the dinner.
Everything works in the hotel,witch you seldom find in other hotel. I will certainly go back to this hotel when I visit Taipei again. And good point is the security is very good.
Shopping Tip : Take a trip to Keelung and Tansui it is very interesting you will not be disappointed
