good room, but not THAT close to MRT
price, room condition, internet connection

the room is clean, they change the towels every day, also the bed sheet... clean and fresh every day. shower is good, too.
the wireless internet connection is good and easy to connect.
the only thing that is not so good about this hotel is: location!
it is not in the walking distance from any mrt station, which is pretty annoying for me.
anyway, this is how to get to his hotel:
1) taxi, of course.
2) go to mrt shilin station, and at the map in the exit of that mrt look for the place to catch bus 304. there are others, too, but 304 is the easiest. wait there for the bus, and stop in hu dong. actually it is the intersection between hu dong road and chongqing north road. from the bus stop, basically it's like 1-minute or 2-minute walk to the hotel.

Simply Life Hotel is near to the bus stop.
near to the biggest night market in Taipei.
just 2 bus stop to the mrt station.
hotel staff is friendly.
clean room with cable TV.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
i love the taipei zoo, the cable car going to gondola, taipei 101, the shopping malls, and many more....

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

the hotel is located in a quiet alley. the bus station is 5 minutes walk away and the famous shihlin night market is only 2 bus stops away. the service was great and breakfast provided was delicious. wifi wasn't available in the room when i was there; however i could get wifi in lobby. overall, it's value for money.

simple hotel but not good location

the hotel is consider reasonably but location is not near to any metro .. station.. so you need to take a bus or taxi to the nearest station jiantan... room is simple and clean ...

I enjoyed my stay in Simple Life hotel. Staff are helpful, trying to do their best to serve customers If i have change to visit Taipei again, i would choose this hotel

Close to airport but poor room quality

inconvenient and cheap interior design

The location of this hotel is so inconvenient
and the interior design is not goood as well
the boiling water machine can never switched on.
There is construction right next to this hotel,
i wake up by the noise in every morning( so sad)
I suggest people who wanna reserve this hotel,
please pick another on rather than this one

Hotel with No Lift and Small Room

What surprise us the most is this hotel is without a lift at all !!! We have to carry our big luggage all the way via staircase to 3rd floor.
The hotel room is very small but very clean and new.
This time round the aircond in the replacement room is much more cooler and we have a good sleep.

Great service, rooms are appropiate
Clean, good service with extra requests, the location is not bad if you use a day card with a combo of buses and subway

they helped with the little extra things that make your stay even better: an umbrella when it rained, the email when i needed to send an urgent message, directions, etc. i would stay there again
Hotel Feature Tip:
To get there use the bus from the airport, it costs 90 Taiwan dollars and it leaves you a a taxi fare of 80 taiwan dollars. The location is more convenient than people have commented before
