Abu R. Couples United Kingdom, May 03, 2013	Short, unimpressed, disappointed. Spa, fast check in fast check out 6.3 We were very disappointed with this hotel. On the surface the hotel sounded great, but it was a big let down. 1. The breakfast was truly uninspiring. 2. The hotel uses mainly uses paper cups. Given how expensive the hotel is, it's unbelievable. 3. The Internet (both LAN and wifi) were very slow. 4. The air con was no good. It was 20 C outside, but the hotel room was cold. 5. The hotel had the feel of cheap hotel.

Bryan L. Couples Singapore, May 01, 2013	Awesome hot spring tub in room ! Hot spring tub , outdoor hot spring area , the tranquility in the vicinity 6.7 It was a great stay , however It is not near to the MRT station so please be expected to walk at least 15 minutes with your luggage uphill .
