Worst experience of hotel service
Transport transfer from MRT to hotel

We booked 2 rooms with 4 adults & one kid below 2 years old.
Hotel is not flexible enough for check in time thus we need to leave our bag pack in lobby with no safety action taken.
We back to check in after 10pm & the staffs were not giving any hand to help on 5 bag packs & one baby troller.
Until I voiced out I'm going to share the bad experience , the junior staff helped to send our bag to room.

I would not recommend this hotel. first, the so-called hotel shuttle bus is just a 7 seats van and the driver skiped the stop. secondly,the breakfast is not much choice, and those food didn't taste good or looks good. thirdly, the changing room for hot spring area is quite small. Lastly, the staff are not so nice.
