Short, unimpressed, disappointed.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. On the surface the hotel sounded great, but it was a big let down.
1. The breakfast was truly uninspiring.
2. The hotel uses mainly uses paper cups. Given how expensive the hotel is, it's unbelievable.
3. The Internet (both LAN and wifi) were very slow.
4. The air con was no good. It was 20 C outside, but the hotel room was cold.
5. The hotel had the feel of cheap hotel.

Hot spring tub , outdoor hot spring area , the tranquility in the vicinity

It was a great stay , however It is not near to the MRT station so please be expected to walk at least 15 minutes with your luggage uphill .

Clean Room..& got Hotel Van send u to Beitou MRT Station when Check-out.

It is far from Xin Beutou MRT Station if you choose to Walk there(20min) & it's uphill road.. better take cab (NT$120)outside MRT Station. we check-in late Around 8:30pm asking whether can late check out? they said check out is 12pm if late every 30min penalty NT$500 can't give us late check out.. Their outdoor SPA is from 10am -12am,thier breakfast is 7am-9am (breakfast not much selection).Best thing is when u check-out, they got van can send u to Beitou MRT Station.
