Good location, nice staff, swimming pool
Globally a good package despite a poor looking exterior. This hotel certainly needs renovation but staff are very kind despite a small problem for us where we have been obliged to pay for a bathrobe easily cleaned later at home. Very few hotels have swimming pool in Taipei and this one is fair enough for a confortable bath.

Very large room, good view of Taipei 101, free internet, friendly staff, good and sufficient personal amenities.
We had a very pleasant stay at Dynasty Hotel. The staff at the check-in desk was very friendly and courteous. We asked if we could have a room with a nice view. She checked and gave us a room with the view of Taipei 101. We were surprised to see a huge room with a king size bed with a sofa and chair. The bath room is also big. I told my husband we could dance in the room.
The best part is the free internet which most of hotels in Taiwan did not provide or charge a fee or we must use the limited hotel computers at the lobby.
We definitely will stay at this hotel again. Compare to other six hotels we stayed in Taiwan. Dynasty is the best. We did not dine in the hotel so I rated neutual.

Restaurant Tip : We love soy milk and Chinese onion pancake in the morning. We took the train (3 stops) to Dai-An (?) stop and went to Yun-Ho Resturant. They have the best onion pancake. We went there every morning.
