The room we had locates at the 5th floor. Noises of traffic could be heard at rush hours but it is very spacious. We like the sitting area with couches, and the restroom was good. The hotel has a renovation plan in 2013. The next time we come, it will be brand new again.
Restaurant Tip:
TGI Fridays, Outback Steak, IKEA.

A grand hotel with big rooms

The hotel looks high class and the staff there can speak English as well as Japanese fluently. The room is spacious with a large bed. It is quite comfortable.

OK location but our first room is so old looking

Concerige Bert was great.
Our first room was so old and no wireless. The reception staff told us that our room will have the 101 view when we checked in but was disappointed it did not. The reception staff later told us that only delux rooms have that view and we have to accept the situation as it is (even though we make the request 3 months ago). If we want, pay for deluxe room.
Howard, who was the duty was quick to remedy the shortfall in service by giving us an upgraded room and he actually got the hotel to open the roof top for us to view the firework

from taoyuan int'l airport, just take Freego bus, and will stop opposite sunworld dynasty. stayed in executive floor at 12th floor, the room is spacious though the floormat looks old(just wear e bathroom slipper will do). if you want early check-in, they are charging at NT 2,000.

Decent hotel with old funitures

Employees are all very nice greeting all guest but once we got into the room we were very dissapointed, not to mention the price was so not worth it. Central resturant on the first floor brings the smells up all the way to the 8th floor where we stayed.

Our stay here was very comfortable. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, we were not disturbed at all by the renovation sounds. To top it all off, the staff there were very friendly and professional. One even managed to find a sewing kit for me in the middle of the night. Not, however, the closest of hotels to the MRT. Takes about a 5-10 minute walk to the closest station, Nanjing E. Rd Station.
