Very nice spacious room, friendly receptionists who speak English, nice eating places nearby
Major road works on the main road in front of hotel, but I couldn't hear any noise from the room i was in
It is along the long busy Nanjing East Road which is undergoing major roadworks to construct a subway line.
From the outside it doesn't seem any different from many hotels in Taipei. It has a small simple lobby.
The receptionists are friendly, efficient and spoke English.
The room was the pleasant surprise - it was very modern and looks like it had been recently renovated. It was spacious, including the bathroom, with a rain-drop showerhead. Very good supply of toilet amenities (seems to be a common feature of Taipei hotels). And free internet connection.
I didn't eat in the hotel during my stay. There are 2 popular hot-pot restaurants just around the corner from the hotel (turn left when you come out of hotel) and a modern 'clean' 24-hour spa and foot massage place if you turn right as you exit the hotel.

friendly staff, convenient location with cabs available.
Breakfast was quite bad. Furnishing is quite old.
If taking public transport is not on your agenda, then the location is considered very convenient. Just 10 minutes cab ride away from Wu Fen Pu, the location near the hotel is also not subjected to terrible traffic jams.
However, if you are hoping it will be as good as the established Fullerton brand name, u will be in for a huge disappointment.

The location was great, close to Asiaworld, Taipei Gymnasium, Taipei 101.
Rooms were very comfortable, free internet.
Restaurant food was okay.
Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
Bathroom was a little tired.
The hotel was very conveniently located. There are a number of Fullarton hotels in Taipei, be sure to go to the right one.
Excellent greeting by staff upon arrival.
The room was large and very clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was a little tired and could do with an upgrade, but it was acceptable.
The hotel was great value for money.
Staff English was to a very high standard.
I would stay there again without hesitation.
