I enjoyed the stay very much. Food is plentiful and delicious at breakfast. Staff is professional and friendly. Location cannot be beat, especially if you need to use the train to get around. Training room leaves a bit to be desired especially for someone who would like a good workout. Did not try the sauna. One negative, if you are printing be careful. I got conflicting information. They said that 3 pages are free, but when I went to print 17, they charged me the full price initially. I pointed out that 3 were free, and the desk clerk told me that is only if you print just three. If you print more, then you pay the full price. Not sure which culture that logic comes from, but it made no sense to this midwesterner. Print at your own financial risk, I guess.

Small hotel, with friendly service. Good-sized rooms. Staff very helpful with any enquiry.

this hotel is relatively small and hence has a more intimate feel than some of the larger hotels. the staff could not be more friendly and helpful, and most speak excellent english. the location is very convenient, both for the downtown shopping areas and the national taiwan university. both are within walking distance if you like a reasonable walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure to visit some of the nearby side streets, with an amazing variety of street stalls and sidewalk food outlets.

This is the best one among its three branches. The location is convenient, very close to Da-An skytrain station (5 mins walk), and there is a 7-11 shop nearby (24H). The room is clean and fresh, and there is an iPhone speaker on the desk. But most of the rooms only equip with the shower.

a quiet cozy hotel
It's small as compared with Fullerton East (Nan-jing East Road) where we stayed last Nov. 2010. Lobby lounge is classy with simple & fashionable decor. Free internet, brewed coffee & handmade cookies are the things we enjoyed most

location is satisfactory as it is quite near mrt da-an station, although we took the wrong bus (evergreen) coming from airport, the front desk officers are helpful enough to teach us how to take rides to flora expo & other tourist attractions, it saved us a lot of taxi fares our room is nice & modern -- toilet bowl, shower fixtures, glass bathroom door & a translucent bathroom wall are the things that caught our attention,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
just a 5-minutes walk toward da-an station you'll find a bus stop across the street in front of howard plaza hotel along ren-ai road, air bus there can take you to & from tao-yuan airport for a fee of per pax. another block away is zhongxiao east road where shopping malls, bookstores, restaurants & all other entertainment could be located. chiang kai shek memorial is walking distance via xin-yi road, taipei main station, ximending, dansui, taipei zoo are all accessible via mrt too!
