The concierge service was courteous, helpful and very pleasing.The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well meantained. When we first entered the room, there was a very heavy stench of cigarattes.Bath tubs too small. The hotel was well located. It was in between 2 very nearby train stations and a giant variety of buses that go almost everywhere in taipei.Also, it was near a shopping mall which allowed purchasing of daily neccessaties an easy job. However, the bath tubs of the toilet was too small and the rooms never failed to have a wrecking stench of smoke that caused the first impression of the room rather uncomfortable.

Location quiet & convenient Staffs not helpful, smell of smoke full of the room & either or the bed, not smart of staff. About the welcome drink, it is a big joke for guest...who has a cold espessco coffee (it has around 3 spoons of coffee), and the restaurant staff attitude 李亞青is very very bad I won't recommend any freind to live in taipei garden hotel in the future. For a 4-5 star hotel, their performance is so bad. My room & my friend's room are fully of smoking smell, everywhere, the worst is either on the bed, or pillow, blanket also. Eventhough i request them to solve but no improvement still.

Location very good, New, Clean, and the Reception Staffs are very Helpful and Friendly. Near to Xi Men Ding(about 8 mins walk). Near to Long Shan Shi Tample too, walking distance. The Door look of the bathroom need to change. Hard to lock the door. The rest is excellent! We stay at this Hotel for 3 nights. We stayed in 2 rooms. All rooms are clean and Tidy. The Toilet is clean as well. Everything is still very new. Environment around is cozy and quite. Location is fantastic cos near to Xi men ding, one of the "must go place" when u visit to Taipei. A shopping district. The MRT sTation is just 5-8 mins walk. Near to Zhong zheng memorial too.
Restaurant Tip : At the back of the hotel, just accrossa street, there's a very nice "ru rou fan". You can go to the frontdesk to ask the friendly staff. There you locate you to the restaurant.
