Great location and service

We stayed at Taipei Garden Hotel for a total of 5 days during mid may. we found that the service of the hotel was really good and they attended to our needs readily. Moreover, the hotel is positioned at a strategic location (near Xi Men Ding and Xiao Nan Men - central taipei). Thus, it was really easy to travel to the different parts of taipei.

Service crews are responsive and the rooms are clean and spacious. However location is abit of a problem as it is about 10-15 mins away from the MRT. However hotel is near to many amenities such as bakery, 24 hrs super market, etc.

i thought it's close with the mtr station, but it wasn't, it takes like 10 mins walking time, and since it's rainning it's kind of trouble for us. therefore i took the taxi most of the time.
but the room is kind of big, and it's very new. everything is acceptable compare with the other hotels i lived in tai pei b4.

very comfortable stay, good beds and nice clean bathrooms. the carpets are slightly dirty, but other amenities are fine. very conveniently located near ximending. a huge carrefour is located right opposite of the hotel as well.

hotel can arrange transportation to airport twd140 per ride.

having a good location is near by the ximen station and having the convenient transportations.

the house keeping service is not good,no changing the glasses and coffee cup! in addition, the service room and also receptionists are not smile!

Nice hotel, good staff with good English
Staff are excellent and helpful that speak good English. Hotel is clean, nice and simple.

rooms are clean and look new. as with most taiwanese 4-5 star hotels - tv has many channels from international news to sports and local channels. gym facility is good. location is alright as it is within 5 mins to nearest mrt and 10 mins to ximending. 24 hour carrefour across the road is convenient too. nothing to eat and shop immediately surrounding the hotel otherwise.
staff were very helpful and spoke decent english.

The reception staff were courteous. However, wifi internet access is expensive. Bathroom is spacious and room is clean. 10 minutes to Ximending area.
