the hotel interior is timeless, a lovely decor. and the 2012 xmas decorations were so nice. but what made this hotel special was the staff, they were without exception helpful and wonderful our daughter was very sick on her stay there, and they allowed us to stay free of charge until a 4pm check-out. that was very kind of them.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get the Guoguang Airport from Taipei Airport to Taipei Train Station. The bus will stop right opposite the hotel.

Goog location and friendly staff. The hotel is rather simply setted, the room ceiling is lower than most five state hotesl. The hotel is more accomentated for Japanese tourists, no coffee or English tea in the room.

Lovely hotel on the airport shuttle route
Fuss free check in by attentive staff

Spent one night and got upgraded to a lovely room
The hotel is directly in front of the bus stop for the airport shuttle which makes it v v convenient
So direct train stops to Shilin night mkt and taipei main station. I would stay here again.

It is worth staying at the exec room. The rooms were great and I got upgraded to an exec suite when I came back. Staff even helped print ou English instructions despite obtaining the Chinese instructions to direct us to xiaoren guo amusement park

Excellent service and wonderful hotel but seem dated. We used the swimming pool regularly during the sweltering summer weather. We stayed indoors during a typhoon day, so we tried several restaurants in house. The 12th floor Szechwan restaurant was great, as was the Aqua lounge with its varied vegetarian dishes. Room was a little small considering the several business hotels that I stayed in the U.S..

Order the crispy duck a day before...

nice hotel with not bad location. Great for business travellers. rooms is not spacious but not too small.
for non business travellers, you probably need to take taxi to everywhere - department store or tourist spots.

the hotel is convenience located with less than 5 mins walk to metro station, close to convenience stores, restaurants and market with lots of food stands. the room is reasonably sized and in good condition. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
