very convenient, close to the Daan park, great rooms, much better than at comparable 5 star hotels, the suites are best if you need work space. staff very kind, always helpful in every way. breakfast is in the main lobby, free coffee and tea there the rest of the day, a meeting room can be hired for free. the design is good, simple, modern, well maintained. only downside, small and few amenities but location is more than a substitute for that.

Everything about the room was clean which I liked, nice kitchenette, lounge area, sheets and bed were comfy and clean, bathroom was very clean ... all was a pleasure.
Breakfast was basic but ok, staff were very polite and helpful
The hotel was small, personal, nice and quiet
I would be happy to stay there again

the hotel was a great place to stay ... very clean room, linen, shower, toilet etc and great to have a kitchenette / microwave. breakfast was basic but ok, and there are many places around that you can go out to eat. taxis easy to catch by walking outside the door

Hotel is only 5mins from Yong kong st., so you can find tons of great restaurants including din tai fung, kao chi...etc. Hotel offers free breakfast n wi-fi. Great staff with lovely services. Recommend all the way.

The hotel is nestled in a small lane off the major Xinsheng South Road. It is quiet and many small shops such as restaurants and convenience stores abound in the vicinity. It is easy to get a cab in the area otherwise the front desk will gladly call a cab for you.

Very pleasant experience except one day when housekeeping forgot to clean the room. But they sent someone in straightaway when we asked. Place is relatively easy to find and close to local amenities and most of all, only 10 mins away from 永康街 where good restaurants are!

The Corner House exceeded my expectations. I very much enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. My deluxe suite was spacious. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Internet connection was good and fast. The included breakfast had tasty Taiwanese food, fresh fruits, etc. The staff was friendly, very service-oriented, and helpful. I highly recommend the Corner House.

Centrally located hidden Gem

After weeks of searching and review reading I finally came across the corner house on agoda. Thank goodness that I found it. The reviews were great on this hotel and i must say it lived up to its reputation. Really central very close to taipei 101 and everything is just a cab ride away. also situated close to the Da'an MRT station so if you want to jump on the Train and explore its about a 12 min walk. Would recomend this hotel to all business and Solo travellers. Sharon and steven were very friendly and speak very good english! Thank you Corner house. See you next year.
Restaurant Tip:
Sub way and Mos burger is literally 2 minute walk from the hotel. So if you are far out of your time zone and hunger sets in, in the early hours of the morning Mos burger is open 24 hours. Walk out the hotel door and take a right. If you would like to buy eletronic goods ask the lobbyists to direct your cab driver to the Guanghua Digital plaza very nice!
