Good for business trip

This is the first time I'm travel to Taiwan. This hotel is booked by my company for this business trip. It's better than what I've expected before landing. Modern, new, clean and good facility. I really recommend for business trip.
However, the price is a bit high. But, it's acceptable for this quality.

A good hotel in Taipei for both business and leisure
For purely leisure and for shopping a better location is possible
Service is very good-English speaking helpful staff and concierge
room is reasonably equipped to well done up -just a but small but this is typical in Taipei
Good breakfast spread too and convenience of INTERNET etc
No swimming pool
overall recommended but nothing exceptional-although good in all aspects

They are very attentive in the service provided. On the first night after checked in, we went for dinner and found that they had our room cleaned & tidy up when we are back. We had free wifi during our stay as well.

Excellent choice for business travellers
Great service. Every taxi driver that dropped me off on the hotel told me about how many service awards it's won.

I was here for work for 4 nights from 30/7/12 to 3/8/12. This was my first time in Taiwan and it was the week when typhoon Saolo hit Taiwan hard. The exterior may look a little old but rest assured, the room and fittings inside look new. View from the room was poor but my curtains are drawn the whole day anyway. Service was top-notch with staff that are fluent in both Chinese and English (I speak both). They responded to my requests quickly and helped me out when I needed directions/taxis, even negotiating an agreeable rate for my taxi trips out of Taipei. McDonald's is just next door if you're not comfortable with local food and convenience stores are around 5mins walk away. The nearest metro station is less than 10mins walk away. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel and it would be my first choice if I were ever back in Taipei for work. Great value for money IMO.

I love this hotel. Excellent value for money. The service is top notch, the restaurants are excellent, and the new fitness centre is very nice. This, in my opinion, the only place to stay in Taipei.
Restaurant Tip:
The French Restaurant in the hotel is excellent as is the bar and the food in the bar.

The location of hotel is near Metro railway. There is about 4 minutes walking time. Around the hotel, there are restaurants and convenience shops

They can deliver comfort service. Reception staff does leading to room and detail introduces the room facilities. Although, they normally only speak native language, they also try their best to speak English to communicate with customers. Room service is fast response and they can detail present the location or transportation where you ask.
