Super comfortable hotel with fantastic service!
Great big rooms, delicious breakfast with tons of varieties, fitnessfacilities, extremely friendly and helpfull staff. The staff even assisted me over 1 hour at a policestation as a result i got back my wallet.

The best overall hotel I have ever spend my time. II can strongly recommend everyone to stay here and have a great time! The price is a little bit high but if you can afford it..

Smily staff and quick response
Recep and door man are great.

Both recep staffs and door man are quick response and highly recommended. The facilities are ok, clean and tidy.
The buffet is continental, but i hope can have more local breakfast.

Chose this area after advice from a local then chose this hotel after seeing positive reveiws on a popular travel site.
I agree the hotel is excellent & the service was fantastic but I found the location a little out the way.
Staff were very good, always very helpful & friendly.
Room was also of a very good standard & seemed good value.
Overall thought hotel was excellent but would prefer a more central location.

Probably the only con this hotel has is that public transportation is a bit of a walk. Aside from that, everything else was great. The staff was always willing to help with anything from directions to even lending me a screw driver. The breakfast selection was also impressive with both western and eastern meals. Great hotel.

La posizione è buona sia per chi si vole muovere nella citta si per chi deve andare fuori. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e puntuale. Ottimo Inglese. Le stanze sono sufficentemente ampie e confortevoli. Il ristorante offre un'ottima colazione alla mattina e un discreto menu alla sera.

部屋は広く快適でした。
建物、部屋もきれいでスタッフに日本語okな人もいて良かった。

出発するとき、スタッフの方が部屋を見て忘れ物があったのがわかり、教えていただきました。出発が朝早い５時半ごろだったのにもかかわらず、ありがたい対応でした。ありがとうございました。

チェックイン時間帯には日本語のできる女性スタッフがいましたので、このときにいろいろお願いをしました。PC の使用は、部屋では無線LANなので、フロントに申し出てパスワードなどを書いた紙を頂き、接続しました。出発日のタクシー予約も、問題なくしていただきました。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
気ままな一人旅でしたので、ホテルから歩いて台北駅、総統府など行ってみました。地図があれば、通りの名前を確認しながら歩けるので歩きやすく、時間に余裕があれば、楽しめます。ホテルの近くにも夜市があるので、有名な夜市に行かなくても食事の心配はありません。

部屋は、広くもなく狭くもない程度。
アメニティー類は、一通り置いています。
以前もそう感じたのですが、朝食の種類が豊富かつ美味しいです。
地下鉄の駅からは少々遠いですが、
松山空港から出国するのには、台北駅付近に泊るより、近くて便利です。
