This is just a love hotel

Generally hotel is clean. However, bathroom is too open- one big piece of glass and facing to bed. Although there is curtain in between, you don't feel privacy at all. The worst thing is overall soundproof is bad. The floor below or above is karaoke, it's noisy during the night. The wall between rooms is thin as well, you can easily heard what next door is doing. Although it is a budget hotel, I will not stay there again

Nice clean room, great service and friendly staff. Location was a plus point as it near the subway and there is many eatery and shop around the area. Free WIFI!!

hotel lobby is small and simple, it's on the 12/f, one floor only. light is dim and you can't really see clearly. receptionist speaks good english, quite surprise to me. receptionist is well trained and have good attitude.
room is nice and clean, but very noisy at night because downstairs is ktv. good choice if you just need a room to stay as the location is convenient.
Shopping Tip:
malls and shops are close, starbucks just downstairs. 5 mins walk to sogo department store.

This is my last minute booking, one day before my departure. I prefer this hotel location, because close to Subway.

Great atmosphere, its attention to details make the whole hotel wonderful especially on lighting setup. it is located just beside MRT station, nearby great dim sum restaurant in walking distance (ding tai feng) and nearby to shooping haven too. (wu fen pu) Must stay!
Travel tip:
Visit Wu Fen Pu through MRT.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Nice and modern hotel with helpful staff. The only thing to complaint is the flexibility of the hotel management is poor. I'd accidentally booked wrongly through Agoda on last minute for the 2 hotel rooms stay from 11-15/10/12 which my actual stay should be from 10-14/10/12 instead. I only reliased it when I reached the Vendome Hotel that I've booked wrongly. The staff was helpful that to ask me to call Agoda to request for the changes. My famly and I had been waited there for long and the replied from Agoda is the Management staff from Vandome Hotel do not allow us for the changes which I felt ridiculous caused I already paid for 4 nights for 2 rooms and yet they are not allowed for us change the date although they do have room available. At the end of the day, we have no choice to pay additional one day for rooms on 10/10/12 and wasted one day stay on 15/10/12. I hope the Hotel Manangement should improve on their flexibility based on circumstances. For my case, they should have considered to allow us to change caused we had booked 4 nights stay for 2 rooms and not 1 day stay which changes is not allowed is more understandable. Other then this, I'm statisfied with the service of Vendome Hotel.

very cool location, but a bit noisy at night coz there's a club under the hotel, I stayed at Superior Twin room, the city view of the is nice. Wifi connection is good, services is nice. Breakfast is included but just normal food.

Price could have been lower due to the size of the room.
Comfortable bed and toilet shower.
Need a mirror near the table.
Good lighting provided.
Need better breakfast choices.
TV with many channels.
Excellent service from the staff there.
