It is not bad for staying if you do not mind the inconvenient location.

I nearly had a heart attack when I went to this hotel; building was horrible and its entrance was small. Room itself turned out to be much better, and it was fairly clean.
Room has an internet connection, and they provided a cable for me. Staff was nice.
There is a strange radio system inside your room which you can't quite turn off. Playing with its volume low was the best I could, wondering why they installed it.
