The bed! Features of the hotel and staff professionalism
A little "tired" in some places (wear around airconditioning vent etc)
The westin is reknowned for great beds and this is what you will get, a perfect sleep every night! The room and bathroom were quite big, which was nice. Shower was powerful and the bath a decent size. Large windows let in a lot of sunlight, but also wake you up early in the morning if you don't close the curtains. All in all a great stay and good value for money if booked through Agoda!
Hotel Feature Tip : The limousine bus to the airport is about a 200m walk from the hotel, which with luggage could be a bit of a challenge for some people.

Large room, comfortable bed, excellent service, compliant with what can be expected from a hotel of that class
Smell in one of the rooms I had - see below; rate - which was no t particularly cheap, did not include breakfast or internet
I stayed overnight twice in the same week, and the first room smelled bad. Maybe the previous Customer had gotten sick or something. Foul smell walking inside the room. That was unpleasant. The second room I had was nice
