Great Location But rigid staff
Great location, staff helpful, free wifi, free drinks n snacks, shopping area and mrt just within 5min walk, Mos burger just beside the hotel and lots of food store located at the street beside

the hotel is located beside the main room near ximending mrt and shopping area. had stay in the hotel several times. the hotel does not allow early check-in, even just a few min to 3pm, they do not allow u to go the room first even though the rooms are ready, must wait till exactly 3pm, then they pass you the key. not flexible at all. unlike other hotels nearby, u can check-in when you reach (between 1-2pm when the rooms are ready). the air-con/heater is central control system, cannot increase the temperature even though the weather is super cold outside. the rooms not as clean as it used to be. lip stick stains on the lamp table not remove. the tv remote controller is faulty.
Restaurant Tip:
There a shop selling 永和 （yong he) soya bean, there are large variety of food and cheap. Must try their 烧饼 (shaobing) and 葱饼 (congbing). There is another pasta restuarant near the mrt exit 6 beisde watsons 蛋蛋屋 their risotto, pasta are really nice and cheap.

Great location, 5 min walk to ximen mrt, room clean and spacious. Room without window, but usually not in during day time so no issue. Walking distance to main train and high speed station. Convenient for traveling to outskirt of taipei. Staff attitude can be improve most staff dun smile at all.

this is a nice hotel considering its price, its located in bustling ximending area, just a bit further outside that it's not that loud. it has 24h mos burger just beside it as well, which is nice considering the hotel breakfast is really basic. hotel room is not as large as we expected, but it's clean and perfectly usable. staff is friendly as well although it will help a lot if you can speak chinese here. the free self-service laundry located at the upper level is really helpful if you plan to stay for longer period in taipei.
Restaurant Tip:
24h cozy MOS burger outlet just beside the hotel.

okay here goes.. my first impression of the hotel when i reached ximending was, eh is this the hotel? thinking that this might be bad.. but when i step in the staff there are super friendly, next when i check into the room its great!! the only thing about the hotel is the heater in the room.. its not working! omg i was sooo cold in the middle of the night. but still manageable.. overall it was good =)

toilet has no shower curtains, floor tends to get very wet after shower. no windows in rooms. room service wasnt very good, left rubbish in the room during one of our night there. receptionist were friendly.

location is good but branch at xining south is better. the room is big and spacious but the only thing need to be improved is there should be a door or a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom which make the floor watery and slippery and cold.
