The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is conveniently located in the Ximending area and approximately 6 mins walk to the Metro. There is variety in the breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly and greet us with a smile.

the stay was okie despite the room i purchased came w/o window which it wasn't mentioned in the first place and/or given an option to choose. room size was not big but good enough for two pax to stay. a couple of things i don't like was the small lift & the room is not well soundproof. imagine there was a family quarreling in the middle of the night and whoever stayed in the same floor can heard everything in our own room.

The hotel is really nearly ximending and there is 24 hours mos burger under the hotel, so it is not the problem if you feel hungry in the mid night.
Also it is about 5 mins walking distance to ximending and it is convenient to buy some food and enjoy them. The staff there are also very helpful

This hotel is clean.
Located within walking distance to Ximendin shopping and subway station.
It is good to check with the hotel first before arrival if you reserved a room for 4 adults.
The hotel does not have such room and will ask to pay additional TWD300 for an extra bed to a room with a queen size bed suitable for 3 adults only!
In short they don't honour confirmation letter from Agoda.

the is my 2th time in as many trips to tw staying in this hotel. the staff at wonstar is very helpful and attentive. the room is clean. i went there during winter and there is no heater in the room thus it can be quite cold in the room.

Staff always remember your room number and prompt in giving you your room key when you come back.

I have stayed with Wonstar Ximen I (Chung Hwa Branch)for at least 5 times whenever I travel to Taiwan. Very value for money even though it may cost slightly higher by around SGD 20 compared to other hotels in the Ximending Area. But location is really great and convenient. Surrounded by the famous HK pastry shop （Hotel staff are very well-trained in answering inquiries and possessed the necessary positive and service-oriented attitude. Staff's memory is good and even remembered that I stayed with them previously even after half a year. Very prompt in giving the latest updates happening within the hotel.

If you have a need to buy cheap beauty and home care products, there's a MIRANDA outlet just at the road side opp the hotel. Great buys and cheap offers always available.

Right in Ximen Ding
My room was without window

The service was excellence. The receptions were always smiling and greet you everytime when u walk pass them. Location of the hotel is excellennt. Very near to the shopping district and lots of food around. Moss burger is just beside the hotel and operates 24 hours. Overall i will stay in this hotel again
