hotel location is quite convenient
i like people working in restaurant

the hotel location is quite convenient, from the airport you can take bus to hotel, time not too long and not exppensive. room size is ok but a little bit old decoration. price is reasonable. breakfast is quite good, suitable for chinese. not far to going out to the shopping centre and one night market. takes aound 7 mins to taipei station.

The room looks dirty and old. When i checked in, the air con isnt working andI told the staff several times and they did not bother to check, citing general central unit. And then, it became too cold as it was winter time and it cant be adjusted. At night, I can hear grunting sounds from next door neighbor...shows how bad it is.

Location is good, near Taipei station and

Room and its equipment too old but comfort. The breakfast are not attractive. The services is excellent and the price are competitive.
Shopping Tip:
lies between taipei station and sai mum mrt station. easy to get both locations, flexible to go to other locations (mrt, railway, hsr, bus, etc).

Great Location, convenient but small rooms

The rooms are a little run-down but they are clean and comfortable.The lady on the 13th floor during breakfast hour is very friendly and made an effort to recommend us on places to visit during the dry and wet weather days. She made our stay in Taipei a very memorable one.The breakfast served is typical of taiwanese style - porridge with different local dishes. There is white bread, slices of ham and jam.The location is excellent; sandwiched between Taipei Main Station (which has subway, train and high speed rail) and Ximen subway station. Walking to these stations is less than 15min. This makes travelling around Taipei and out of Taipei very convenient.Getting food is no problem at all as there are many food stalls around the stations, not to mention in Ximending and convenience stores around.

The location, room size and cleanliness, price and overall convenience as far as hotel-airport transport and food was concerned was really good. But that aside, it was fine!

Good location but old hotel

When we arrived for check in the staff were friendly enough although you can see that they cannot communicate well enough. They hardly speak english. So it was a bit hard to ask about places and directions.
The rooms were clean enough although my friend's son got bitten by bed bugs I think. 20 bites to be exact. The arm was all swollen when we checked out.
Location is good and accessible to public transportations. For the hotel rate that we paid though, the stay is ok.

I'm really happy with the hotel location, though unable to make overseas calls from room, public phone and 711 are nearby - just few shops away from hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Best bring your own body soap and shampoo. The hotel does not provide adequate daily neccessity.

great location but small rooms

A bad hotel,very dirty,bad condition and small room. When we stay there they give us a room with broken toilet wall.I request to change room and was told that all rooms are fully booked. I went to check and all door to all room are open and was empty. Very poor sevice and will not recommend for family like us to stay there

spacious room for family. divan bed with wooden support. noisy corridor with guests chatting. services staff unfriendly.
Shopping Tip:
not wise shopping in xiemen as many tourists come to shop around this area. prices all markup.
