This was a great little hotel. Breakast had both asian and western dishes. Rooms were a little small but not too bad for a single person. Lots of places to eat localy including a couple of western fast food places.

This is 4th times I have stay in this hotel I like the location, It's easy walk to MRT and bus to everywhere also transpot in-out to airport. To compair 1st & 2nd time when I stay this hotel breakfast was better than now, I hope the quality can be inproved.

Great location, staff are friendly and helpful.
Good location, one family room on each level, good brealfast served, free wifi, computer room and exercise room.

Very satisfied with their services and value for the price paid. Will stay again the next time we go Taipei.
Shopping Tip:
there is a stretch of underground shopping belt from shuanlian mrt station to taipei main station. will advise one to purchase the e-go card at the control station. you may return the card to any of the station and get back the balance amount stored in the cardcard but need to pay nt300 for their administrative charges.

Very tired hotel.
The location was good for starting my daily treks.

I only stayed one night because I had previously secured reservations at another hotel in a different area of the city, however I'm glad it was only one night's stay. The small bathroom was somewhat updated but remained cramped for a 6'2" man. The mattress and linens were sufficient, however the room, its furnishings and drapes were terribly depressingly drab.
I felt uncomfortable in the worn room.

The hotel is located right inside the city center. Around 7-10 minutes walking distance, you can reach the subway station. The room is clean and ok. The front desk service is good and polite. The breakfast is OK.

We stayed at family room for 5 nights. It is recommend to ask for higher floor (level 5 and above) so that there is a window in the family room. The room without window is not recommend as the air is not fresh.
Nice staff, very fiendly and helpful. They provide free snacks and my children like this very much.
The room is big and convenient. But the bath tub in our room has wear down.
We had stayed at VIP room las year and I found it is not good as the noise from the lift is very obious at night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for room at high floor. If you want quiet, dont choose VIP room as there is the noise from the lift.

Good value for money and convenient location
Close to MRT station, calm, friendly staff

Rooms are quiet and well maintained. We enjoyed also the free snack and water bottles.
Breakfast is average from European standards.
Free valet service for the car parking.
Staff speaks quite well English which is not so common in Taiwan.
Overall stay was quite good and we would return to this hotel with no hesitation.
