Well located hotel
Views plus well kept garden areas.

A pleasant enough stay, breakfast the weak point, all food at the buffet was left in unheated trays.
Room facilities and cleanliness good.
Very little English spoken by staff, phone calls from overseas were not put through to my room.
Travel tip:
It's a long uphill walk from the railway station. There are no taxis available. If you have luggage as the hotel to send a vehicle down for pick up.

Very peaceful and beautiful
hot spring was great - we had it to ourselves

Hotel is in need of investment, but really is fantastic if you are looking for a hot spring away from the very commercial Chilpen area.
Very few people there when we were there. Rooms are like an American motel in the medium price bracket. Reastaurant is modest. But surroundings, view and hot springs are fantastic.
