Business travelers Taiwan, March 22, 2013	friendlier staff would have made this a good stay beautifully appointed, clean, good breakfast 5.7 would have been better if staff would go the extra mile and be more forthcoming in answering yo questions re doings around taitung or if they didn't know the answser to have the intitiative to call and ask. helocation is 8 kilometers from the train station in the other direction from the city proper. no public transport passes the area so we had to find a place to leave our bags ratgher than coming back again after we took the tour taiwan (shuttle buses supported by the government
