room was big for our family, hot spring was ok, breakfast spread was very basic and taiwanese. Wifi does not work in the room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
i suppose the hot spring is the sellling feature - just that the locals who stayed there commented the hotel and hot spring was very average

Good hotel, but quite expensive comparing to other ones Taiwan hotel. On the other hand, this is located on very attractive area. Very nice hot spring included.

It is a run down property with rowdy and rude customers. In the evenings, the outdoor hot spring pools are overrun by noisy guests.
The carpet in the room is a patch work of sections and full of cigarette burn marks. The bathroom is not cleaned! There are water spots around the sink, tub and shower. The most disgusting is the poop marks in the toilet!!!
Restaurant Tip:
I recommend eating food from 7-Eleven since I don't find the food around the hotel safe to eat.
